LET’S TALK

Let’s Talk NYC has additional resources for NYC public schools students that you may find useful. Remember, your school always has adults who are ready to listen.

COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES

NYC has a variety of mental health supports and services that are available to youth throughout the city. The Mayor’s Office of Community Mental Health published a COVID-19 Guide to Mental Health Resources for Children, Teens, and Young Adults which provides a comprehensive overview of mental health resources, strategies for enhancing mental wellness, and information on how and where to ask for help.

Mental Health for All is a central hub where every New Yorker can connect to care and find mental health resources for themselves and their loved ones. No matter the age, ZIP code, ethnicity, or gender, we want every New Yorker to be able to live their best life.

IMMEDIATE MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES

If you are having trouble getting mental health supports in your school, we can help. If you have mental health needs that are life threatening and/or require immediate attention, please call 911. We also want you to be aware of other mental health supports that are available to you free of charge.
