MEET YOUR HOSTS
Darion Allen has a strong sense of self and respects all cultures. Overcoming challenges with a “by any means necessary” mentality, he was raised by his mother and grandmother in the Florence-Graham neighborhood of Los Angeles. Holding degrees in Personal Finance and Communication Arts from UW-Madison, Darion is pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Film & Television Production at Loyola Marymount University. He works as an associate producer and podcast host, aiming to become a Hollywood film director and portray a more inclusive representation of the Black experience.

Coles Prince graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. He moved to New York City to pursue a career in film and started as a production assistant for Connect with Kids Education Network in 2015. With dedication and learning, he advanced to become an Associate Producer, demonstrating effective project organization and client communication skills. Coles also served as an Associate Producer for CWK’s flagship documentary, “Defining US: Children at the Crossroads of Change.” Currently residing in Atlanta with his fiancé, he continues his role as an associate producer for Connect with Kids.
